This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes for the Pickaxe platform operated by Vaquero Group.
The $500 onboarding deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. It is applied toward your total setup fee of $2,000 and covers initial platform configuration, AI agent setup, and campaign buildout work that begins immediately upon signing.
The remaining $1,500 of the setup fee is due upon campaign launch. Once campaign launch has occurred, this fee is also non-refundable.
Monthly AI usage fees are billed automatically based on actual usage of AI features within the Platform. These fees are not refundable once charged. Usage is calculated at the end of each billing cycle and reflects the actual cost of AI model API calls made on your behalf.

This Agreement is month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice sent to christopher@thevaquero.com. Upon cancellation:
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. Accounts with unresolved payment failures may be suspended after 7 days. Suspended accounts retain their data but lose access to Platform features until payment is resolved.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days at christopher@thevaquero.com. We will review and respond within 5 business days. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in immediate account termination.
